Quality policy of Crystal International Company
Crystal international company is world class manufacturer of wires and cables. We commit to achieve highest level of quality product, services which is important for customer satisfaction and meet the expectation of stakeholders by improving quality management system.  We mainly achieve our targets by connecting and listing the customer through market survey.  By developing skill of employees, excelling in quality by providing quick resolution of all product related issues or by Improving effectiveness and efficiency of quality management system.

Our aim is to delight our customers throughout the business association with us in supply of electric cables. It is important to achieve our goals mentioned below-

  • Total quality excellence of products complying with international and national standards.
  • By offering efficient service and reliability that meets customers’ expectations in every aspect.
  • Revision of business management system for complying with ISO 9001:2000.

Quality Policy
Quality policy contains the statement taken from the management. It is signed and displayed at all the locations. All managers and supervisors must check that their employees are trained on their roles and responsibilities in the quality system.

Quality Operating Procedures
Quality procedures are made for each of the departmental process. The control should be applied throughout the process. Final checks need to be done before any new product releases in the market.

Quality Library
Quality library is also established under the control of quality assurance manager. Library contains the copy of quality manual and master copy of current quality procedures. It is the responsibility of the quality assurance manager to see that current copies are available in the library.

Quality Manual
Quality manual contains the policies that outline company’s quality philosophy. Policies are linked to goals that are checked on regular basis.

Quality Assurance
In case of quality assurance, quality assurance manager is selected as representative. He is responsible in the company for checking the quality management systems whether these are implemented and maintained according to company policy. He has to take care of some important things listed below-

  • Reporting on the performance of management systems to the management review on the basis of continual improvement.
  • Doing preparation of all systems’ procedures.
  • Handling of material and customer complaints.
  • Checking the implementation of management systems.
  • To initiate the internal audits and management reviews.
  • Distributing and controlling management systems documentation.
  • He must have organizational freedom to resolve all the matters related to quality management system.
